The strategic location of the municipality of Zuera, in relation to the axis of the Gallego River, and its excellent connectivity with Zaragoza (27 km away) and Huesca (40 km away) via the Somport-Sagunto motorway, gives it significant potential for economic development, as it is situated within the northern corridor or axis. These excellent transportation connections have also highlighted other potential assets that the municipality possessed, which are undoubtedly attractive factors for businesses and, certainly, for new residents.
