About Us

Hace mas de 20 anos, la fuerte vision y los objetivos claros de AutoZone, definieron una idea y edificaron las bases de un nuevo proyecto en Chihuahua, Mexico. Este nuevo proyecto fue llamado DataZone. Se convirtio en una realidad en agosto de 2000 cuando abrio sus puertas para proveer y procesar informacion para el Centro de Soporte a Tiendas (SSC, por sus siglas en ingles) de AutoZone, en Memphis, Tennessee. En el 2023, evoluciona a AutoZone Business and Technology Store Support Center (BTSSC) siendo un Centro de Excelencia que ofrece soluciones a toda la compania. Hoy en dia cuenta con mas de 1300 empleados dentro de sus diferentes departamentos como: Merchandising, Finance, General Services, HR, ALLDATA, Contact Center, It. En ellos se realizan diferentes funciones en con el proposito de apoyar las operaciones y el soporte a las tiendas de AutoZone a nivel global. Hoy y manana siempre sera un gran dia para ser un AutoZoner!
