Austdac was formed in 1983, carrying out manufacturing, design, system engineering, and sales in the mining industry and local industrial sector. Today it is one of Australias largest suppliers of communications, gas monitoring, I.S. lighting and conveyor control equipment to both Australian and overseas coal mines and general industry. Austdac Pty Ltd is NATA, ANZEx and IECEx accredited and DII licensed as an approved workshop and manufacturer, providing intrinsically safe equipment to AS3800, AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17020, ANZEx and IECEx standards. The manufacturing and repair workshops are managed and overseen by competent persons qualified under AQF competency standards for the electronics industry. This ensures customers have a reliable service network, staffed by competent and trained employees, to service our product range.
