Formed in 2021 and based in Manchester, we advise a wide range of clients across the housing, commercial, urban regeneration / mixed use, leisure and care sectors. Asteer Planning advises landowners, developers, house builders, land promoters, end users and financial institutions on a range of significant and complex projects. Whilst we predominantly provide advice to private sector clients, due to the nature and significant scale of some of our projects we also advise the public sector as part of public / private joint venture partnerships
