In 2005, Keith Parker Tibbetts Jr., Steve Bain, and Keith P. Tibbetts III got together to form AI Rentals, which is today, a fully diversified rental company providing solutions for the Cayman Islands. Back then, the need within Caymans ever growing construction industry for a small tool and equipment rental company was clear. They purchased some scaffolding and Wacker Neuson construction equipment which they got through their connection with Ace Hardware (at Parkers), and the three were on their way. Business really got going in late September 2005 when people saw them unloading their 40 container of Wacker products. They were literally coming up asking us if they could rent that item...
