And this year, weve recommitted to this founding purpose. The ASICS Digital division was created in 2016 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to live Sound Mind, Sound Body. HISTORY Runkeeper, a leading mobile running app, was founded in 2008 and one of the first apps available when the app store launched that year.
