At ARTi we specialize in designing and manufacturing high effective Pyrolysis technology, producing Biochar on a large scale, sequestering carbon, certifying machines for the CORCs market and making lots of research. Over the years, we have pyrolyzed and analyzed more than 200 different materials.
Our Biochar Production Units (BPUs) are assembled inside a 40-foot container, making it easier to transport. We provide personalized solutions based on the clients feedstock and needs. The main characteristic of our BPUs is its scalability, from one to five pyrolysis trains inside the same container. This allows us to process from 8 to 40 tons of biomass per day, producing from 2 to 10 tons of Biochar PER DAY.
