Founded in 1975 by parents of individuals with developmental disabilities, Arc of Yates began providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Yates County in upstate New York. Today, Arc of Yates serves adults, seniors, and children with disabilities throughout Yates and surrounding counties.
