Launched on May 26, 2015, AppTV is Appalachian State Universitys student-staffed television service. The channel is an activity of Appalachians Department of Communication in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. AppTV serves the department, campus and the community through development of original programming and promotion of relevant events.
