Animal Aspirations

Animal Aspirations is a RVC student-led project, which aims to increase diversity in veterinary medicine and animal related careers. Ethnic minorities are underrepresented in veterinary medicine and animal-related subjects. The lack of other initiatives to address diversity within the veterinary profession was the driving force behind the creation of Animal Aspirations. The team hopes Animal Aspirations will act as a platform to inspire students from diverse backgrounds to pursue a career working with animals as well as encourage a positive discussion around the issue of ethnic diversity in veterinary
