Amherst Writers & Artists is an international arts organization dedicated to the principal that everyone can use words to create art. We support emerging & established writers through a proven workshop method, established by Pat Schneider in her book Writing Alone and With Others (Oxford University Press). We lead several trainings a year to certify new workshop leaders & maintain an Affiliation network for those who have been trained
