American Lending Center, LLC (ALC), is a private non-bank lender headquartered in southern California, and a nationally recognized leader in commercial lending, providing capital to small businesses nationwide. We believe that the success of the small business community is built on access to fast, flexible credit. Between 2009 and 2020, ALC offered strategically structured senior loan products to 80+ qualified SBA 504 projects in 19 states, contributing to a combined construction and business expansion budget of over one billion dollars. During these pre-COVID years, ALCs lending practice has successfully created more than 12,000 new jobs nationwide. In June 2020, the Department of Treasury and SBA approved ALC as a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) lender.
