Our areas of expertise make the life of our Property Managers, HOA Board Members, and Community Association Managers easier by having a one-stop shop for all the mitigation, damage assessments, line item estimates, and rebuilding needs. First, our field team will meet with our clients to assess the property and create a damage report, with tons of photos that can be shared with their adjusters. Next, we mitigate the property immediately to avoid additional damage, which may become uninsurable if not done in a timely manner. We then encourage our clients to include us in all of their onsite adjuster meetings to assess damages and begin working on an agreeable scope of work.
