Alumni Association, IIT Bhubaneswar

The Alumni Association, IIT Bhubaneswar (AA, IIT BBS) is the formally registered society responsible for furthering the interests of the alumni community of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, the first to start operations among 8 new IITs to be set up by the government of India in 2008. The Alumni Association structure includes an elected Executive Committee and elected City Chapter Heads across a network of 8 city chapters in India and abroad. All Association members are unpaid, voluntary positions. it engages alumni extensively through: - City chapter meets and alumni meet on campus - Alumni Talks - Mentorship initiatives The Association engages also with other key stakeholders including current students and faculty, working closely with the Alumni Chairperson (Dean- AA), the Alumni office, and the students Alumni Committee. it also works with corporate partners to increase the loyalty of our 3k+ alumni with their brands in creative ways, as well as work together ...
