Alliance Health Centers provides high quality primary medical and behavioral health care for people of all ages. Focused on your health, we believe everyone deserves the best care possible, regardless of ability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. Alliance Health Centers goal is to provide education and help manage your health at all stages of your life by providing access to high quality primary and behavioral health services. Translation services are available as needed. Also, a certified insurance navigator is on-site at Alliance Health Centers to assist individuals in determining eligibility and enrolling in health insurance coverage such as Medicaid. We are conveniently located in southeast Fort Wayne at the corner of Lafayette and Pontiac within the Lafayette Medical Center. We are accepting new patients and welcome walk-ins.
