Allelon Hospitality was established with the purpose of raising the bar locally in the world of food and hospitality. Our home is Malta, a cultural and touristic gem in the heart of the Mediterranean. Our focus is Valletta, a city built by the knights of the order of St.John, up until this day an architectural masterpiece and the vibrant beating heart of the island. We currently own and operate two luxury boutique hotels and three restaurants in the heart of the historic city of Valletta, Maltas capital. From our in-house design and hands on development of the ventures that we operate, through to our careful selection and specialised training of our staff we are committed to deliver nothing short of exceptional services and products par excellence.
