The Airspace Change Organising Group (ACOG) was set up in 2019 at the direction of the Secretary of State for Transport (DfT) and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to coordinate the delivery of key aspects of the Governments Airspace Modernisation Strategy, namely the national programme of airspace change.
