Twice named one of the top emerging design firms in Canada by Twenty + Change, the Acre stands committed to expanding the role of contemporary architecture in New Brunswick. In its pursuit to expound the provinces cultural identity both within Canada and internationally, this teams philosophy is an understanding of the unique opportunity that creative collaboration offers for the exploration of new ideas and the achievement of new outcomes. The Acre have garnered national and international exposure as recipient of the prestigious Sheff Visiting Chair in Architecture at McGill University, as a member of Team Canada for the 2012 Venice Biennale in Architecture, as well as the television series Majumder Manor on the W Network.
