ACE Mentor Los Angeles/Orange County

The ACE Mentor Program of Los Angeles / Orange County (ACE L.A./O.C.) has served as the local affiliate to the national non-profit organization since 2002. The program encourages high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction and engineering (ACE) by bringing professionals from the industry into high schools twice a month to mentor students. Mentors for the program are recruited from local firms specializing in architecture, construction or engineering and meet with high school student participants after school every other week to teach and engage them in the ACE industries. The ACE Mentor Program of America is now the construction industrys fastest-growing mentoring program and currently reaches over 8,000 students annually.
