Abbott Pathology is a South Australian Pathology Laboratory providing high quality, diagnostic Pathology Services to medical specialists, general practitioners, commercial and Government organisations in South Australia. Our vision is to become the preferred provider of medical diagnostic information in SA by providing a strong customer focus and by creating a stimulating work environment for employees. Originally a privately owned company founded by Dr Richard Abbott in 2001 it is now part of the broader Specialist Diagnostic Services Pty Ltd national network of specialist practices. As such we are part of a team of over 10,000 consisting of specialist pathologists (including Dr Richard Abbott) , PhDs, scientists, phlebotomists, couriers and support personnel to partner with our referring doctors to provide better patient care.
