ARJAA is an established organization, vitally concerned with finding innovative ways to impart restorative justice principles and practices to our community in Abbotsford, BC. Our vision is to repair the harm, restore relationships, rebuild trust, and transform the community. At the heart of what we do is a core set of principles, including respect, empathy, reconciliation, accountability to community, listening, care and concern. These principles are expressed through restorative justice processes which allow people who have been affected by conflict or wrongdoing to meet together with those who have harmed them, in a safe and guided context designed to protect the safety, respect and dignity of all participants.
