We work in partnership with founders and management teams to accelerate and scale for long-term growth. Focusing primarily on investments in North America, we invest in companies that are profitable, growing, and that align with our values of honesty, integrity and impact. At 13 full-time investment professionals, remaining small and nimble is important to our strategy and allows us to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our portfolio company management teams to build dominant market leaders.
