2Excel Engineering is a Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) for Boeing and Airbus narrow-bodied aircraft, serving the growing maintenance needs of the commercial airline industry. Based at Lasham Airfield in North Hampshire, the business delivers service-orientated large aircraft engineering to aircraft operators and owners, leasing companies and governments. In 2016, 2Excel took over the aircraft maintenance facilities previously operated by ATC Lasham and invested in the modernisation of the business to create 2Excel Engineering. The sites capabilities have been regenerated and the company has grown from fewer than 50 employees to 250 staff and contractors.
