Frog Fitness is a new company dedicated to creating truly unique first of their kind breakthrough products that introduce previously unimagined styles of training and enable faster more effective total body training. To do this we wanted to combine HIIT cardio training with the added and simultaneous benefits of resistance training. In recent years it seemed working out and training had hit a wall so to speak. Technologically speaking, the cardio side of the industry turned to installing complicated displays that were intended to fool the user into believing they were running, biking, climbing the Alps, on beaches of Fiji or their favorite trails etc.. Its entertaining and all, but the problem is your body realizes youre not really there at all.
