SEO Interns

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to create SEO & SEM strategies.
  • Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
  • Run technical audits on our websites
  • Focus on improving Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) for the corporate website.
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
  • Increase organic and referral traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing conversions
  • Implement paid advertising strategy.
  • Identify target keywords, review meta-data & implement them.
  • Work towards developing link building strategy for the website and their implementation.
  • Work closely with reporting manager to enable the articles writing activities to help build back link to the website from high domain authority sites.
  • Conducting ad-hoc competitor research activities, identify trends and give appropriate recommendations to marketing teams on the best SEO practices.
  • Monitor and report on KPI's, using Analytics tools, AdWords, and social insight tools.
  • Generate monthly reports on SERPs and advertising engagement for different campaigns.
  • Generate regular & ad-hoc analytics reports of various sections of the website based on requests from different stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • 0-1 year of internship experience in SEO, SEM, or similar role will have advantage.
  • Certification of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing is must.
  • Ready to face challenges, execute learned theoretical knowledge
  • Experience with SEO reporting is plus.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Webmaster, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager and other analytical tools.
  • Basic to advance level knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior internship experience in a SaaS-based and start-up environment is a definite plus
